A hybrid programme mixes in-person consultations at our clinic with online follow-ups by audio call. Onboarding, report review and your shared Google Sheet plan stay the same throughout. Between sessions, India's plans list Priority WhatsApp Support and Kuwait's list dedicated nutrition support and accountability. Hybrid is available in Mumbai and Kuwait.
