Some conversations are better face to face. At our clinics in Juhu, Mumbai and Salmiya, Kuwait, you meet your dietitian in person, go through your reports together and receive a plan built around your routine. On our ongoing plans, your care team supports you between visits.

A clinic programme is a Health Hatch nutrition plan with consultations held in person at our clinic in Juhu, Mumbai. You still complete onboarding on WhatsApp and upload your reports before your visit, and receive your plan in a shared Google Sheet. Essential Care and Guided Care add dedicated nutrition support and accountability between visits. In Kuwait, in-person care is offered as Hybrid: speak to our team.

The Discovery Visit is a one-time consultation with no ongoing support; dedicated nutrition support between visits starts with Essential Care. These plans are for India.
