Why we built Health Hatch

Before we guided couples through fertility, we lived it. Our co-founders share their own journeys — honestly, with the evidence alongside.

Niharikka Budhwani — Co-Founder & Registered Dietician at Health Hatch

Niharikka Budhwani

A miscarriage at 29. Two healthy children later.

At 29, Niharikka lost her first pregnancy, and a marginally positive ANA result left her afraid she might never carry a baby. With a doctor she trusted, closely monitored pregnancies, blood-thinning injections prescribed for her specific case and a deliberate, well-planned approach to her own nutrition, she went on to have a daughter — and, six years later, a son. Her story is about seeing the whole picture instead of fixating on one number.

Nahid Khilji — Co-Founder & Dietician at Health Hatch

Nahid Khilji

AMH 0.05 — and a natural pregnancy.

After an easy first pregnancy, Nahid spent a year trying for a second before a test showed an AMH of 0.05 ng/mL, and IVF with donor eggs was on the table. Overnight, the fertility professional became the patient. She couldn't change the number, so she focused on what she could — nutrition, sleep, movement and stress — alongside her medical care. Four months later, she conceived naturally. Her story is about context, not false hope.
