Fertility nutrition programmes, built around your reports, your food and your life

Whether you are trying naturally, preparing for IVF or IUI, or managing PCOS, thyroid or low AMH, our dietitians build your fertility nutrition plan from your history and blood reports, then work with you as you follow it. For women and for couples, online worldwide.

Quick answer: what is a fertility nutrition programme?

A fertility nutrition programme is structured support from a dietitian to prepare your body for conception or fertility treatment. At Health Hatch it starts with a review of your blood reports, cycle, diet and lifestyle, then gives you a practical plan, regular reviews and dedicated nutrition support. It supports your doctor's care; it does not replace it, and it cannot guarantee pregnancy.

Who our fertility programmes are for

What we look at before your plan is written

Fertility nutrition is not a list of "10 fertility foods". Before your consultation, your dietitian reviews:

AreaWhat we look at
Cycle healthCycle length, regularity, ovulation history
Blood reportsHormonal reports plus vitamin D, B12, iron, thyroid, HbA1c and insulin where available
Metabolic healthInsulin resistance, PCOS/PMOS, weight history
ThyroidHypothyroidism or Hashimoto's, and how food timing fits your medication
Egg and sperm healthAge, AMH and treatment plan; the partner's semen analysis where relevant
Daily lifeWhat you eat through the day, sleep, stress, exercise, work hours

What every fertility programme includes

  • 2 cycle-synced meal plans
  • Clinical hormonal lab interpretation
  • Recipe Library
  • Structured progress reviews
  • Dedicated nutrition support & accountability

  • Everything in Fertility Starter

Choose Guided Fertility if: you want a check-in every week, your routine changes often (travel, shifts, eating out), or you prefer to commit one month at a time.

Choose Guided Fertility
3 months

Conceive Naturally

What it is: A structured three-month programme for couples preparing to conceive, timed to the roughly three months an egg takes to mature.

What's included:

  • Monthly consultations with a co-founder + dietitian
  • 6 cycle-synced meal plans
  • Mid-cycle hormonal lab interpretation
  • Fertility-friendly dining guide
  • Pre-conception supplement guide (where clinically indicated)
  • Everything in Fertility Starter

Choose Conceive Naturally if: you want to try naturally with a clear plan behind you; you are waiting for a fertility appointment or saving for IVF and want to use the time well; or you have PCOS, thyroid issues, insulin resistance or deficiencies to work on before conceiving.

Why a structured three months helps when trying naturally: small changes to blood sugar, nutrient status, sleep and routine take weeks to settle. Three months gives you time to build them into habits, review your reports midway and adjust, rather than guessing month to month.

Choose Conceive Naturally
3 months, for both partners

Conceive Together

What it is: Our complete couples programme. One plan, both partners, one goal.

What's included:

  • 2 joint calls a month with a co-founder, for both partners
  • 6 cycle-synced meal plans for her + 6 sperm optimisation plans for him
  • Hormonal lab interpretation for both partners
  • Recipe Library
  • Household-Level Grocery Blueprint
  • Evidence-based supplement protocol for both partners
  • Dedicated support
  • Everything in Fertility Starter

Choose Conceive Together if: both of you want to prepare; the semen analysis has flagged count, motility or morphology; you are preparing for IVF, ICSI or IUI together; or you want one grocery blueprint for the household.

Why both partners: sperm take about three months to develop, just as eggs do, and sperm quality matters to natural conception, IUI and IVF alike.

Fertility nutrition alongside IVF and IUI

If you are having IVF, ICSI or IUI, nutrition works alongside your clinic, never instead of it. We plan around your treatment stage (preparation, stimulation, retrieval, transfer, the two-week wait) and keep your clinic's instructions first.

How it works

  1. Choose your programme above.
  2. Enrol and pay using the Pay Now option on our website.
  3. Your onboarding form arrives on WhatsApp: history, cycle, diet, routine, sleep, stress, exercise. Upload your blood reports.
  4. Book your consultation from the available slots.
  5. Your co-founder dietitian reviews everything first, then you speak.
  6. Your plan arrives in your shared sheet, and your care team begins, with weekly goals and regular reviews.

Online or in person

Our fertility plans run online. In-person fertility consultations are available by enquiry: speak to our team.

Why Health Hatch for fertility nutrition

Fertility programme FAQs

What does a fertility nutritionist do?

A fertility nutritionist reviews your history, diet and blood reports, identifies nutritional and metabolic factors linked to fertility, and builds a practical plan. At Health Hatch your dietitian then stays with you and adjusts the plan as you go.

Can nutrition improve fertility?

Nutrition cannot guarantee pregnancy. Research links healthier dietary patterns, a healthy weight range, good blood-sugar control and adequate folate and vitamin D with better reproductive outcomes, and nutrition is one of the parts most within your control.

What is the difference between Conceive Naturally and Conceive Together?

Both run for three months. Conceive Together adds sperm optimisation plans for him, joint calls, hormonal lab interpretation for both partners and a Household-Level Grocery Blueprint. Conceive Naturally has the fertility-friendly dining guide.

What is the difference between Fertility Starter and Guided Fertility?

Both are monthly. Fertility Starter gives you one consultation and two meal plans. Guided Fertility adds weekly calls, four meal plans and a real-world eating and travel strategy.

Why are Conceive Naturally and Conceive Together three months long?

Eggs and sperm take roughly three months to mature. A three-month programme matches that window and leaves time to review your reports midway and adjust.

Can diet increase my AMH?

No diet reliably raises AMH or ovarian reserve. Nutrition can still support the environment your eggs mature in through better insulin sensitivity and corrected deficiencies.

Can I join while I am having IVF or IUI?

Yes. We plan around your treatment stage and work alongside your fertility clinic.

Should my husband or partner join?

Conceive Together is built for both partners.

What if I have PCOS, hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's?

Your plan accounts for it. PCOS and thyroid care are part of fertility nutrition at Health Hatch, not separate add-ons.

Do I need to take supplements?

Not by default. Conceive Naturally includes a pre-conception supplement guide where clinically indicated, and Conceive Together an evidence-based supplement protocol for both partners. Tell us what your doctor or clinic has prescribed.

Do you replace my gynaecologist or fertility doctor?

No. Health Hatch is a clinical nutrition practice, not a fertility clinic. We do not diagnose or prescribe medication.

Do you work with couples outside India?

Yes. Fertility programmes run online for clients worldwide, with calls in your time zone and plans adapted to your local shops.

What happens after I pay?

Your onboarding form arrives on WhatsApp. Once you complete it and upload your reports, you book your consultation from the available slots.
