Our founders have a cumulative experience of 15 years in the field of wellness and nutrition. The team has an experience of successfully counselling more than 10,000 clients in the field of Lifestyle management, Clinical Nutrition, Weight Management, Diabetes, and Cardiac care, and in the past, has worked with various corporate and multi specialty hospitals like King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEM), Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital (KDAH), Dr. L.H. Hiranandani Hospital, Gurunanak Hospital. As a part of training, they have also been the consulting nutritionist in the Diabetic Dispensaries initiated by MCGM to HALT DIABETES. One of our founder has been a part of medical team with Asian Heart Institute during the Mumbai Marathon. Among their other accomplishments, they have contributed in books like “Indian Breakfast Guide”, “SugarPedia”, “Carbohydrate Counting”, “Quick Guide to Nutrition” and also in magazines and newspaper. One of our co-founder is also a consultant at Sanjeev Kapoor’s Khazana and has worked at Kuwait University assisting a research student for her dissertation. Furthermore, they have contributed real time cases to “Indian Diabetes Educator Journal”. In the past, our founders have contributed healthy and easy recipes in food guide titled "Your Family Guide to Healthy Eating and Living" which is available for all on the MCGM website. They are also proficient at developing recipes that are scrumptious and nutritious at the same time. Our aim is in providing holistic solutions and ensuring clients don’t have to compromise on health under any circumstances.
