One of our founder has been a part of medical team with Asian Heart Institute during the Mumbai Marathon. Among their other accomplishments, they have contributed in books like “Indian Breakfast Guide”, “SugarPedia”, “Carbohydrate Counting”, “Quick Guide to Nutrition” and also in magazines and newspaper. One of our co-founder is also a consultant at Sanjeev Kapoor’s Khazana and has worked at Kuwait University assisting a research student for her dissertation. Furthermore, they have contributed real time cases to “Indian Diabetes Educator Journal”. In the past, our founders have contributed healthy and easy recipes in food guide titled "Your Family Guide to Healthy Eating and Living" which is available for all on the MCGM website. They are also proficient at developing recipes that are scrumptious and nutritious at the same time.
