When is the right time to eat food ?? . Generally most of us eat food when we are extremely hungry. And because of this we tend to eat fast & have whatever is possibly available & visible which may or may not be healthy. . Since the boundary of hunger is already being crossed, we don’t think on what & how much are we consuming. This is 1 of the reason causing weight gain. . Ideally one should eat food with the beginning of hunger pangs/ hunger cravings. This will help us think on these questions:- What are we eating? Is it healthy ? How much should I eat? . Thereby, preventing overeating or exceeding on calories & portion size. This inturn controls weight gain
