Healthy Barley Soup

In this hectic, busy schedule it is difficult to have healthy, balanced elaborate meal. We generally tend to miss out on some or other nutrient. So here is a Nutritious wholesome recipe which gives good quality carbohydrate, protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals.

This helps in weight loss, diabetes & reduces cholesterol. The recipe has

1) Barley which is a good source fibre, carbohydrate;

2) Moong, a good source of protein;

3) Veggies, source of vitamins, minerals & fibre &

4) Oil, minimal amount for the absorption of fat soluble vitamins.
