Hunger pangs in between the main meals is a big challenge for most of us.
And we know we have very limited options for healthy snacks around us. And hence, we have come up with this Granola Bar recipe which is very simple to make and taste delicious too. The idea is to make these in quantity that can last for one to two weeks and can be carried with you anywhere.

You can always try substituting ingredients mentioned here with other healthy ingredients to improve the nutritional value and also to suit your taste. We tried this and it turns out really delicious.
This bar is a good snack even for individual for diabetes. To avoid long gap between the two meals and a combination of nuts will help in better blood sugar control.
