Biotin rich foods include egg white, paneer, mushroom, karela, parwar, sweet potato, agathi, patra, parsley, scarlet beans, papdi, guvar, walnuts, pistas, safflower seeds,pine seeds .

1) Along with biotin it is absolutely essential to have adequate intake of other nutrients. As deficiency of 1 nutrient can affect the other.
