Yes, It is a MYTH. . . It is been commonly practiced by most of us, as we believe, that while draining “calories aur carbs Pani may nikal jata hai” due to which the calories/ carbs content in rice reduces. And so people with weight loss can have it aaram se. . . Ideally when you discard water, it is the starch & water soluble vitamins that you’re losing it. Suggestion 👩‍💼 Control the portion size of rice instead of discarding water & losing vitamins
