Our nutrition programs start at 1 month, with a maximum duration of 3 months. If you wish to continue your health journey with us, program renewal is available — so you can keep building lasting habits without interruption.

Will I have to give up my favourite foods? +

Never. We believe in sustainable healthy eating that includes your staple foods and cultural cuisine. No crash diets, no deprivation.

Do you offer in-person consultations? +

Yes — we offer in-person consultations at our clinics in Andheri, Mumbai, India and Salmiya, Kuwait. Our registered dietitians are available face-to-face at both locations for personalised nutrition assessments and follow-ups.

What should I bring to my first appointment? +
